Customer Responsibilities

Payments & Refunds

Advance payments are generally non-refundable, as they are used to purchase raw materials.

In case of cancellation before project initiation, partial refunds (after deducting processing charges) may be considered.

No refund will be entertained once a project is in progress or materials have been customized.

While we use high-quality materials and skilled workmanship, natural wear and tear, misuse, or environmental damage are not covered under warranty. Bihar Ceiling House will not be liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or circumstances beyond our control (such as natural calamities).
